Institutional Prospectus · Institute Public v2.4.1
Naming-only point correction: identifies The Long Meanwhile, updates the publication doorway, and preserves the substantive v2.4.0 architecture and authority boundaries. Technical provenance →
For reviewers and maintainers: website versions, release-control history, adoption records, and technical provenance. Reader-facing corrections live on the separate correction record.
This release does not redesign the Institute. It gives every public HTML page the same v0.5.18 release fingerprint, uses a cache-busted stylesheet path with unchanged visual rules, and applies explicit no-stale HTML cache directives so a deployment can be audited as one generation.
Naming-only point correction: identifies The Long Meanwhile, updates the publication doorway, and preserves the substantive v2.4.0 architecture and authority boundaries. Technical provenance →
Relationship & Control Edition substantive predecessor; superseded only for the authored-publication naming correction.

Substantive predecessor retained in the technical lineage.
Adopted under LRI-PGM-001 with a named maintainer, Institute identity, correction route, stable Institute QR route, and explicit predecessor history. Substantive care content is unchanged; contacts were last verified July 31, 2026. Technical provenance →
Preserved as historical after Institute Public v2.3.0; not a co-equal current master.
Current public reference edition; substantive architecture preserved.
Effective August 19, 2026. The Institute separated its maintained operational protocol from Christopher Knorr's scholarly paper and removed the duplicate paper PDF from this site.
The minimum visible method, governing distinctions, workflow, perimeter, bounded finding, and next-action rule.
The integrated AI-provenance, authorship-integrity, human-executable, gate, failure-mode, benchmark, worksheet, and ledger package. Not externally validated.
Effective August 19, 2026. The Institute recorded that Christopher Knorr's SIFT v3 framework is an authored Long Meanwhile publication and that the six current field sheets are Long Return report or meeting-practice appendices. No Institute operational editions were created.
The legacy SIFT catalog reference does not constitute adoption, and links to the field sheets do not transfer their maintenance duty.
Any future generalized Institute edition must receive a new ID, version, maintainer, scope, testing record, correction route, and retirement rule.
Each entry names a bounded successor. Earlier audited targets remain immutable; a later release does not rewrite their files or findings.
Reconciles reader-facing Institute language with the current Long Return relationship discipline: The Long Meanwhile is dated to open September 25, defensive front-facing disclaimers are reduced, three-site responsibilities are stated in ordinary language, August 25 controlled PDFs receive a current site-status note rather than silent rewriting, and inherited case-sensitive local file references found during QA are repaired without changing route logic.
Integrates the rc9 Education landing hierarchy into the complete Institute Netlify tree. The opening promise, privacy boundary, primary intake, compact quick links, generated-result position, and the Money + grants / Tribal + Native reference panels now follow one deliberate reading order. Education route logic and route evidence remain unchanged.
Reordered the Education landing page so the opening promise, start action, privacy promise, quick-link index, intake, result, and reference panels no longer compete for first attention.
Rebuilt the Education result artifact as a keeper file with named institutions, verified contacts, funding leads, adviser handoff, household-cost planning, and 30/60/90-day return structure while preserving route evidence.
Keeps the short Education intake and quick Path Sheet while adding a client-side PDF workbook with route comparison, household-cost worksheet, 30-day action plan, handoff records, document readiness, sources, notes, and fillable text fields. Route data and evidence remain unchanged from rc4.
Reduced public transit jargon, simplified global navigation, and made the left-side section rails respond to scroll position.
Shortened Education language, moved detail into optional disclosures, added the Prepare Once records pattern, and introduced the quick Path Sheet.
Added privacy-preserving native share/copy-link controls to Education and Family Care.
Added O*NET-based national occupation discovery and separated reference sources, structured inputs, and responsible handoffs.
Added Tribal Government / Administration / Public Service as an evidence-rich field and separated workforce support from career destinations.
Rebuilt the Education intake around current position, accumulated assets, goals, locality, constraints, and explicit support requests.
First controlled Institute-root integration of the Education Navigator; release remained HOLD.
Established the Institute rail-and-wayfinding shell and identity-led homepage structure.
Reconciled deployment controls, host relationships, and current Institute package structure.
Replaces the prior authored-publication working name with The Long Meanwhile across current public HTML, metadata, relationship furniture, and controlled current PDFs. Community Brief and Partnership Brief advance to v1.1.1; the Institutional Prospectus advances to v2.4.1. Substantive program, authority, and source boundaries are unchanged.
Improved routing, Family Care web access, correction/changelog separation, Work-label coherence, and public-layer usability. Superseded by v0.5.17 only for the authored-publication naming correction.
Corrects the Institute identity palette to Deep Indigo, Ash, and Moss; restricts Active Ochre to current/here state; removes generic Public Rust and status-color use from visitor chrome; makes the Institute name unambiguously two-line and dominant; simplifies the landing-page availability panel; and versions the stylesheet filename to prevent stale-cache mixing. Controlled PDFs, QR destinations, routes, programs, and document releases are unchanged.
Rebuilds the homepage hierarchy around the Institute name, demotes the operating question to a secondary proposition, and removes internal register-code / appearance-pilot strings from visitor-facing page chrome. Register classification remains in release metadata and page data attributes; controlled PDFs, QR destinations, routes, programs, and document releases are unchanged.
Applies the TLRI light/rail Balanced Anchor appearance as a bounded website pilot, closes the I-01/I-02/I-03 site repairs, constrains route QR images for 390px reflow, and temporarily neutralizes the unsettled authored-publication name in public HTML. Controlled PDFs, QR destinations, routes, program identities, and document releases are unchanged.
Rebases Institute deployment control onto the cumulative Week 34 Long Return master, preserves the v0.5.11 public program and document architecture, and makes no change to DNS or to the still-unfinished publication property. No route, host, or canonical transfer is activated for the unfinished publication property by this release.
Reconciles the three current briefs, selects one current prospectus, completes lineage, replaces deployment instructions, applies named voice, and closes the /check-in dependency against the verified Week34.v1 Long Return package.
Issued Family Care Institute Public v2.3.0 and closed P4-F01 only. P4-F02 through P4-F08 remained open.
Classified maintained aliases, preserved ten QR addresses, and recorded address behavior. The exact audited package remains unchanged.
Added the adopted three-property relationship page and reciprocal footer links while keeping the Long Meanwhile launch-staged.
Recorded SIFT v3 as Christopher Knorr's authored Long Meanwhile framework and the six existing field sheets as Long Return appendices; no Institute editions were adopted.
Separated Christopher Knorr's scholarly Audit paper from the Institute's maintained LRI-MTH-001 operational standard.
Renamed the mixed public Library shelf as Institute Documents and preserved retired Library addresses.
Improved navigation, labels, target sizes, contrast, small-text legibility, no-JavaScript resilience, and route annotations without reopening substantive releases.
Earlier public baseline. v0.5.3 · Language Reconciliation, released August 10, 2026, preceded this controlled lineage. v0.5.2 first added the persistent public routes and QR library confirmed live at the Institute subdomain.
