The same review clarified agreed payments, optional recurring invitations and privacy when sharing comments. It repaired eleven current-record file references while preserving historical files. The guide remains a practical trial; this review does not establish a field-tested method or a live deployment.

Anonymous-card calculations now use answered-question denominators and distinguish repeat-visitor share from individual return rates. Prepared October 7, 2026. This phase repaired Education Navigator reflow, narrow-phone source tables, selected consequential small text, and enlarged-text behavior. The source documents, tool logic, and existing use restrictions were preserved. Browser and structural checks are local evidence, not live-host or reader certification.
Applies the approved language-review changes to the technical and supporting pages. The pages now explain their purpose, available uses, and remaining limits before detailed method and version records. Record downloads are grouped by website history, document editions, and tools.
Corrects three download labels to match the original v0.5.80, v0.5.79, and v0.5.73 records. Earlier preparation notes are identified by their actual versions and dates. Search entries, page titles, and referring labels use the revised wording.
Historical files and checked dates have not been renewed. Approved artwork, cloud behavior, resource destinations, and closed Audit intake are unchanged. Local checks do not establish improved reader comprehension, live deployment, or wider permission to use a tool.
The fourth illustration selected by Christopher Knorr replaces the child/family image on Family & education and the K–12 & family education card. The selected original PNG is packaged without redrawing, cropping, resizing, or recoloring; the WebP has matching pixels.
The replacement uses new, version-specific image addresses. All other artwork, layout styles, scripts, source dates, resource wording and links are unchanged. The inherited automatic-cloud footer has no on-page control, and Audit intake remains closed.
The footer clouds now start automatically when visible, without a Play/Pause button or a saved cloud-off preference. The former button and its session-preference logic have been removed from the current pages and runtime.
System reduced-motion preferences, high-contrast and print modes, unavailable-WebGL fallbacks, and offscreen/hidden-tab suspension are retained. Cloud appearance and speed, resource content, approved illustrations, and closed Audit intake are unchanged.
This release removes the page-level motion control. It does not claim WCAG 2.2.2 conformance for continuous animation; respecting system reduced motion alone is not claimed to settle that requirement.
The footer's Play clouds / Pause clouds button has a smaller label and a compact, inset border. Its full 44-pixel-high click and tap area remains, with the same keyboard focus and pause/play behavior.
This is a footer-control styling change only. Cloud animation code, still fallback, illustrations, resource content, and closed Audit intake are unchanged.
The shared footer now uses the supplied cloud shader behind its existing text and links. A light overlay keeps the foreground legible. The approved ladybug, grasshopper and bear illustration is now supplied as the complete original PNG and a pixel-equivalent lossless WebP under new, version-specific addresses. Both the Family & education child/family card and the Education school-pathway card use this same image pair.
This is a delivery correction, not another illustration revision. The previous v0.5.92 archive contained reduced copies of the revised image at the old addresses, while its main release record still said v0.5.91. Current release labels are now reconciled. The reason an older image appeared on a deployed page has not been verified.
The card layout, other artwork, resource descriptions, links, source dates and availability limits are unchanged. This package does not establish live deployment or open an Audit request service.
The resource-card image files now have clean outlines, no card-border or status-box fragments, and simplified document graphics without repeated cover titles. The Audit and manual illustrations use complete, unobstructed artwork. Existing card layouts and resource wording remain unchanged.

The four starting-point cards on Family & education now use the approved detailed illustrations: a central tree surrounded by smaller trees; a path and gate among trees; a ladybug, grasshopper, and bear; and a windrose. The illustrations are extracted from the approved board rather than redrawn. The cards use the board’s mint, blue, terracotta, and lavender palette.
Existing headings, descriptions, dated availability notices, resource links, and the front-page illustration assets are unchanged. The cards adapt to narrow screens; the artwork stays static. This visual update does not renew sources, change resource readiness, or establish live deployment.
The five section-entry pages now display crops of the approved illustration board rather than simplified vector substitutes: salmon and book; Mount Shasta and Medicine Lake with a reflection, clouds, and moon; roadrunner and page; and a river lookout with binoculars. The two-column homepage, section colors, labels, resource destinations, and source-review dates are retained.
The illustrations are static in this correction. New asset addresses prevent reuse of the earlier symbol files. Local rendering checks and extraction provenance are separate from reader testing and live deployment.
The community newsletter now has a public Word template, a local browser editor, a fictional example, and a separate editor record. Public exports contain the issue rather than source logs or internal review notes. Drafts remain marked until the editor records a review decision.
Subject colors now distinguish the Institute sections and the care, education, child/family, and first-contact choices. Labels remain explicit; ochre marks the current location. The preceding government-guide routing repair is retained.
A redirect rule sent the Pit River government guide back to its own address. That rule and other redundant address-format rules have been removed. Earlier links and the guide’s map section remain supported.
