Effective August 19, 2026. The Institute recorded that Christopher Knorr's SIFT v3 framework is an authored Long Meanwhile publication and that the six current field sheets are Long Return report or meeting-practice appendices. No Institute operational editions were created.
No silent adoption
The legacy SIFT catalog reference does not constitute adoption, and links to the field sheets do not transfer their maintenance duty.
New identity required
Any future generalized Institute edition must receive a new ID, version, maintainer, scope, testing record, correction route, and retirement rule.
Website lineage
Website release lineage — v0.5.4 through v0.5.72.
Each entry names a bounded successor. Earlier audited targets remain immutable; a later release does not rewrite their files or findings.

Reconciles reader-facing Institute language with the current Long Return relationship discipline: The Long Meanwhile is dated to open September 25, defensive front-facing disclaimers are reduced, three-site responsibilities are stated in ordinary language, August 25 controlled PDFs receive a current site-status note rather than silent rewriting, and inherited case-sensitive local file references found during QA are repaired without changing route logic.

Patient information, family disputes, children's information, protected cultural material, private workplace records, and other sensitive details should not be sent through the public form or published here. The public record should describe the object and the correction, not expose the person who reported it.
