## What is included

The Phase 1–5 physical/readability, reader-route, language and practical-task work; the Phase 5B Community Publishing & Sharing Studio; the local-only First Page Maker; workshop PowerPoint and PDF/Word materials; historical documents, resources and safeguards. Phase 6 supplies an **unrun** voluntary human-reader trial kit, kept outside this public release.

## What changed in this release

This is a **release-integration and verification pass**, not a new guide or source revision. Updated site-shell version identity, new version-specific search cache key, current change-history entry, and transparent QA record. No edits to protected original PDFs, DOCX, PowerPoint files, illustrations, source tables, or the program/test decision engines; no sources rechecked or dates renewed.

## Boundaries and outstanding work

* **No reader-study results:** zero actual reader/facilitator sessions, zero observed field findings, and no sign-off for comprehension or accessibility with assistive-technology users. The user expressly chose to proceed with packaging before that optional follow-up.
* No fresh live-host verification, production redirect/headers/form delivery, physical phone/print testing, or formal WCAG conformance determination in this packaging pass.
* The Audit intake remains closed and its drafts are **not sent**. Education and Children & Family resources retain their documented review/held-use statuses; this release does not authorize consequential reliance or promote their indexing.
* The Government materials remain dated review resources, not official Tribal notices or established decision authority. The publishing studio is independent, no organization/Tribe/band is represented, and no class, editorial service or submission is newly offered.
* Site changes do not replace professional guidance, live agency/source confirmation, necessary permissions or protected-knowledge safeguards.

## Corrections after deployment

Use the visible **Corrections** link and maintain a private log recording page, reproduction steps, impact, decision, and whether the fix was verified. Issue a new numbered patch ZIP rather than silently altering this frozen release. Keep v0.6.4 as the exact predecessor for source recovery, and export the actually deployed Netlify version before switching releases so a known live rollback is available. Do not assume that v0.6.4 was the live site. Publish this package only to the **existing Institute Netlify site** (`institute.thelongreturn.org`), never to the separate `thelongreturn.org` property. Preview exact pretty URLs, nav links and download files in Netlify first.

The `release.json` and `site_qa_v0_6_5.json` records distinguish inherited development tests, the new Phase 7 checks, and unperformed human/host verification. A prepared release file cannot certify a live deploy.
