This page records reader-facing corrections - wrong facts, dates, contacts, descriptions, or other material that could change what someone understands or does. Website release engineering is kept in a separate technical changelog.
September 9, 2026 · Relationship language and Long Meanwhile opening date
What needed repair: current Institute pages still used the internal phrase “launch staged,” repeated “speaks only for himself,” and described some site relationships in more institutional language than a public reader needed.
What changed: current public pages now say The Long Meanwhile is scheduled to open September 25, 2026; the unfinished site is not presented as a live destination; front-facing independence language is shorter and less defensive; and the three sites are described by what each is responsible for. The August 25 controlled PDFs remain unchanged and are now accompanied by a current site-status note.

What was wrong: current pages and three controlled Institute PDFs still used an earlier working name for Christopher Knorr’s separate authored-publication property.
What changed: the property is now consistently named The Long Meanwhile. Community Brief and Partnership Brief are corrected as Institute Public v1.1.1; the Institutional Prospectus is corrected as Institute Public v2.4.1. No program, authority, source, or substantive policy boundary changed.

What was wrong: the Institute described The Long Meanwhile inconsistently across public pages, the Work page used more status labels than its own legend defined, and public pages linked readers directly into raw Markdown release files.
What changed: The Long Meanwhile is now consistently identified as launch staged; Work uses three public statuses; technical records are separated from ordinary reader routes; and the Community Information route now goes directly to the current Check-In.

What was wrong: an earlier Partnership Brief described Family Care as 44 pages.
What changed: the current controlled Family Care packet is 56 pages. The older brief is historical and should not be used for the current page count.
How corrections work
Make the repair visible without exposing the person who reported it.
When a material public correction is made, the record should state the date, what was wrong, what changed, and the source or verification basis when one is needed.
A correction record is not a public case file. Patient information, family disputes, children's information, protected cultural material, private workplace records, and other sensitive details should not be sent through the public form or published here. The public record should describe the object and the correction, not expose the person who reported it.
