The Long Return Institute
CareT1 · Immediate use

Quick Start Guide

Use this page by itself when you are worried. You do not need to read or complete the rest of the packet first.

2 · Record and contact

Write the date and time, what changed, names, location, and exact words if remembered. Then call the right first person: nurse or charge nurse, doctor or clinic, administrator, tribal support, or family point person.

3 · Confirm the next action

Ask what will happen, who owns it, by when, and what to do if it does not happen. Request immediate protection when needed. Follow up or escalate if no responsible action occurs.
