# Institute website v0.5.79 — package record

Prepared September 25, 2026 for Christopher Knorr. Packaged; not deployed by this work.

This is a full successor to v0.5.78. It retains the Pit River government and participation guide, seven message starters, 33 qualified research entries and 32 source references; the newsletter and briefing guides and starters; both Education pathways; the Public Trust and Proof layer; and the Family Care referral correction.

Current web pages describe The Long Meanwhile as the authored publication, with links to https://the-long-meanwhile.ghost.io/. The owner stated it would be available September 25. The address comes from the previously configured Ghost publication; live availability was not independently established by this package. No individual essay URL or publication status is invented. Historical change records are marked in past tense. The August 25 controlled PDFs remain unchanged, with current relationship notes on their web pages.

No Institute tool is promoted from review/testing by this website update. Education source dates, Children & Family test limits, the Pit River guide’s source snapshot, and the public Audit edition remain unchanged. The internal Audit candidate and complete research dossiers have not been added to the public payload.

Local file/reference, HTML/ARIA, JavaScript/search, content-preservation and archive checks are recorded in site_qa_v0_5_79.json and candidate-manifest.json. Browser, real-device, screen-reader, live Netlify, actual contact-form delivery and source-currentness checks are not claimed. The separate owner release record contains detailed checks and deployment instructions.
