## Supersession

Institute Public v2.4.1 supersedes v2.4.0 solely to correct the authored-publication property name and associated launch wording from the prior working name to **The Long Meanwhile**. The prospectus architecture, Institute philosophy, controlled-work inventory, authority boundaries, evidence rules, and substantive claims are unchanged.

## Changes in v2.4.1

- Names **The Long Meanwhile** throughout the current prospectus.
- Updates the publication doorway shown in the relationship tables to `thelongreturn.org/explore.html#long-meanwhile`.
- Replaces residual publication-property shorthand that referred to the prior name.
- Retains The Long Return as the home of place-rooted reporting and the live Weekly Check-In.
- Retains the Institute as the home of adopted programs, maintained tools, operational standards, controlled releases, and corrections.

## Authority and production note

The prospectus does not speak for the Pit River Tribe or any of its bands, councils, departments, families, or cultural authorities. It creates no nonprofit, tax-exempt, legal, medical, cultural, governmental, or professional authority. AI materially assisted the naming correction, layout verification, and quality control; Christopher Knorr made the correction and release decision.
