## Disposition

Institute Public v2.3.0 is the Institute-controlled governance and identity successor to Public v2.2.1. It is a separately identified release. Public v2.2.1 remains a historical predecessor and must not be relabeled, overwritten, or presented as a co-equal current master.

The substantive family-navigation content of v2.2.1 is unchanged in v2.3.0. This release adds or clarifies:

- adoption and program authority;
- a named maintainer;
- Institute publication identity;
- a public correction route;
- predecessor and version history;
- document metadata and a stable Institute QR route.

Contacts were not reverified for this governance-only release. The contact set was last verified July 31, 2026, and that date is stated visibly in the packet.

## Scope and authority limits

This packet is a bounded family organization and navigation tool. It does not provide individualized medical, legal, clinical, eligibility, or emergency advice; decide abuse, neglect, malpractice, capacity, or wrongdoing; or replace official instructions and qualified professional judgment.

The Long Return Institute does not claim that this release has been authorized, approved, or endorsed by the Pit River Tribe, any band, government, agency, clinic, health plan, Veterans office, court, regulator, or external professional body.

## Correction control

Report outdated numbers, broken links, confusing language, missing local resources, accessibility problems, or harmful assumptions at the correction route above. A correction report should identify the page, current wording, proposed correction, source, and date. Private case records must not be submitted.

A substantive correction requires a new version or a documented erratum. The controlled master must never be silently replaced.
